We do not work with wholesalers. The brokerage does not allow agents to sell their own property to a non-represented buyer. That is bad business and we don't allow it.

We also do not currently offer property management services. The brokerage may consider property management in the future. But is not active at this time. We focus on residential sales of 1-4 units only. Single Family, Condominiums and 1-4 unit multifamily property. MLS Only Broker is not setup for property management.
