We are members of the CRMLS. Covering most of the state of California. As an agent you know MLS access is crucial to the success of the Real Estate transaction business. We are open to joining other MLS's. For example we are members of the Fresno MLS.
Realtor® Membership is not Mandatory

This court ruling, prohibited making association membership a requirement for MLS access to the marketplace.
If your Broker is a member of the local realtor® board, you will be required to join. But not with MLS Only Broker.
Trade union membership is optional, but dependent on your Broker's status.
