Using FirstTuesday Forms to purchase Real Property.

Listing agents are required to present ALL written offers submitted to the seller. Its their fudiciary duty. Therefore if the buyers agent submits a valid offer to the listing agent also known as seller's agent, the sellers agent must present the offer to the seller.
